  • Orders placed Monday – Friday before 9 AM CST usually ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 9 AM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package ships.

🚚 Domestic (USA) Shipping

We ship throughout the United States via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.

  • Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated and shown at checkout

  • Tracking: Provided automatically by email

  • Cut-Off: Orders placed after 9 AM CST ship the following business day

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly deliver worldwide via DHL Express and reliable global partners.

Processing & Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 10 AM CST (Mon – Fri) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 10 AM CST Friday ship the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7 – 21 business days after shipment.

Costs & Currency:

  • Shipping options and costs appear at checkout in your local currency.

  • Any free- or discounted-shipping promotions are automatically applied.

  • Charges are shown in USD or the equivalent in your selected currency.

Third-Party Forwarders:
We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or tracking issues once your package is delivered to a forwarding service. Please contact that service directly for assistance.

💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their local government.

Customs authorities require declaration of the order value on every package.
They may, at their discretion, delay or deny release of a parcel.

If an international order is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
